Shipping policy

We've got a team of awesome humans in our warehouse that pick, pack, and ship each order by hand. 

Our Goal: to have your order tracking number emailed to you within 1-2 business days (priority shipping will go out before that). Quick heads up tho....it's the tracking number, not your order delivery itself.

If order changes need to be made please make them ASAP by emailing (insert contact email here) with your order # in the subject line.

If your order doesn't ship in 5-7 business days please check your spam folder as our customer service team will reach out if our shipping system tags your address as problematic. If you don't see anything please email us asap at (insert contact email).

FREE SHIPPING?

We only offer free shipping over $50 for domestic orders in the United States. With international orders we are still subsidizing a large portion of the cost after you pay for shipping. Please contact us at (insert here) for more information.
